Submission Policies & Guidelines
1. Timezone & Hard Deadlines
All online submission system portals (EasyChair / OpenReview) will automatically close at 23:59 (UTC+7) on the published date. Authors are strongly encouraged to submit their manuscripts at least 24 hours prior to the deadline to avoid potential network congestion or formatting issues.
2. Dual Submission & Originality Policy
Submissions must reflect original, unpublished work and must not be currently under review by another conference, journal, or workshop. Plagiarism and duplicate submissions will result in immediate desk rejection.
3. Publication & Presentation Requirement
At least one author of each accepted paper or poster must complete a Full Author Registration by July 5, 2027 (UTC+7) and present the work in person during the symposium. Papers without a registered author by this deadline will be removed from the final proceedings.
4. Registration Refunds & Transfers
- Early Bird Rates: Valid until July 10, 2027 (23:59 UTC+7). Standard rates apply thereafter.
- Author Registrations: Non-refundable once camera-ready papers are processed into the proceedings.
